Proposal Training Classes

Topic-specific, role-specific proposal training

Topic-specific proposal training means you can pick and choose the individual classes that work best for you and your team. Role-specific training means we target classes to each unique role in your business development organization–including proposal writers, subject matter experts, and salespeople

This topic-specific, role-specific approach to proposal training means students only receive the content they need for their jobs and nothing they don’t.

1. Choose the proposal training class or classes you want.

We organize our training curriculum into discrete topics. This lets you choose only the topic or topics that interest you.

This is just a partial list. More training classes are available and are being added regularly.

2. Choose how you want proposal training delivered.

Instructor led, onsite

Onsite proposal training includes an instructor-led training program and, at your option, a workshop. Use the form below to contact an instructor to discuss your objectives.

Instructor led, online

Distributed teams often prefer an instructor-led webinar instead of onsite training. Use the form below to contact an instructor to discuss your objectives.

Self-Paced, Online

Self-paced, online training will be available for most classes in the first quarter of 2026. All of our online, self-paced classes, once available, will be available at SeibertLearning.com.

3. We customize each training program to you.

We begin each engagement by first understanding what you need, and then assembling a training program custom to you. This could mean…

  • A full day or partial day.
  • Lecture only or lecture plus workshop.
  • Onsite and instructor-led, online and instructor-led, or online and self-paced–or any combination.
  • Targeted towards proposal writers, SMEs, salespeople–or any combination.

We don’t teach what you don’t need, we only teach the material that will help you achieve your objectives.

Proposal Training for your entire team.

Proposal training should give your staff the skills they need to excel, nothing more and nothing less.

Specialists in non-federal markets

Our company serves businesses that pursue RFPs from other businesses or from SLED (state and local government and educational) agencies. We are not experts in federal contracting

Within these B2B and SLED markets, we have experience across many industry verticals including IT and networking, A/E/C (architecture, engineering, and construction), financial services, employee relocation, insurance and benefits, staffing, and healthcare-related paid claim recovery (audit and subrogation)

What our students say about our proposal training classes

I attended your proposal training class at my last company. It was so good I wanted my new company to benefit also.
Marketing Manager
The workbook was a great tool…
Sales Manager
The class workbook was fantastic.
Proposal writer
The class was excellent! Dave really provided some extremely useful information, tips, and suggestions… It will completely shift the way we do things in the future. I would recommend the class to anyone that has to write business proposals.
Proposal Manager
I highly recommend Dave's work and the Training Course he teaches. After completing the proposal course and meeting Dave, you will find you actually re-think everything you write or prepare from proposals to presentations, letters, and even daily emails.
Marketing Manager
The speaker’s easy going style and his breadth of knowledge about sales and RFPs made this one of the single most effective training I’ve received in this area…
