How to Analyze RFP Questions to Write Better Answers

Proposal Training Class

Getting the Most Benefit from Each Proposal Answer You Write

Too many proposal writers sit down and start writing before they invest time to figure out what they want to say. That’s a worst practice. The best practice is to analyze the question, to plan your response, to ensure you get the greatest benefit from each answer you write. This class shows you how.

What students will learn

Students will learn the seven questions you should ask yourself before drafting any proposal content. This includes the basics like prioritizing each question so you spend the most time on the most important topics, and determining what you need to include to be compliant. It also teaches students how to tie each question to the important things they buyer cares most about. In the end, students will learn techniques to make each answer they write more compelling and customer-focused.
