Proposal Resumes: How to Showcase Your Staff's Skills and Experience

Proposal Training Class

Promote Staff Experience and Write Staff Resumes to Influence Buyers

Many RFPs ask for resumes of relevant staff. Buyers ask for resumes because they know the quality of the product you sell is largely dependent on the staff you employ. This is why it is so critical to promote and showcase your staff’s expertise not only in your proposal, but in the months and years before the RFP is published. Showcase them to be the experts they are. This class shows you how.

What students will learn

Submitting staff resumes with your proposal will make it compliant. That’s great if compliance is your only goal. But if you want to increase sales and improve your win rate, it takes more than just being proposal compliant.

Your talented staff is one of your greatest assets. This is why it’s so important to showcase their expertise–in front of the market, in front of your intended buyers–long before the RFP is published. The more familiar buyers are with your experts, the more favorable they’ll look on your proposal when it’s on their desk.

This class teaches students how to showcase staff expertise in the months and years before an RFP is released. Students will also learn how to write custom, compelling, customer-focused staff resumes that align the staff member’s expertise with the buyer’s objectives.
