Proposal consulting services for businesses that respond to RFPs from schools, state and local governments, and other businesses
Proposal Consulting Services
What's working? What's not? Do you know?
Before you can fix a problem, you have to know what's broken
When companies aren't winning enough of the RFPs they respond to, managers often schedule proposal training for their writers as a way to improve their proposal win rate. Sometimes, that's exactly what's needed. Other times, though, the problem is not your proposal writers but something else. Still other times, it's a few different issues all mixed together. At The Seibert Group, we help you figure out what's not working and what you can do to fix it.
A basic review can reveal a lot
Before we do a deep dive, we always begin with a cursory review. This includes reviewing some of your proposals, some of your presentations (if they're an intrinsic part of your sales process), and we interview a couple of your staff. Based on this, we usually have enough information to identify the basic issues that need addressing. Then we talk with you to discuss our findings and, together, we create a plan going forward.
